Trucking damage claims are covered by the carrier from $100,000 up to $250,000 cargo insurance per load, and a minimum of 3/4 of a million dollars public liability and property damage. All claims must be noted and signed for at the time of delivery and submitted in writing within 15 days of delivery.
Luggage and personal property must be confined to the trunk, with no heavy articles, and must not exceed 100 lbs. The carrier is not liable for damage caused to the vehicle from excessive or improper loading of personal items. For overseas shipments (including Hawaii), vehicles must be empty, except for factory-installed equipment. Any article left in the vehicle will be removed at the shipper's expense.
The price quoted includes a 7% discount for cash payment (credit card customers and billing accounts will be charged the full amount). Pickup and delivery is from your door unless residential area restrictions apply. Pickups by appointment are available for an additional fee by smaller unrestricted auto carriers.
Vehicles must be tendered to the carrier in good running condition with no more than a half tank of fuel. The carrier will not be liable for damage caused by leaking fluids, freezing, exhaust systems, or antennas not tied down. Any claim for loss or damage must be noted and signed on the condition report at the time of delivery.
If a carrier is sent out and the vehicle isn't ready as indicated by the shipper, there will be an additional $75.00 rescheduling fee. Wenze LLC must be notified if the shipper is unavailable for pickup or delivery; the shipper must have an alternate representative take their place as shipper. If, for any reason, the vehicle becomes unavailable during a scheduled pickup window after an order has been placed, Wenze LLC has the right to cancel the order with no refund.
A $150.00 non-operational fee will be charged for all non-running vehicles. This will be included in the final quote received from Wenze LLC. If the vehicle becomes non-operational during transport, this fee will be applied to the original quote.
The customer agrees to pay all amounts due in full for each order and any additional services as per the terms of the order confirmation and these terms without any offsets, chargebacks, or reductions by the customer for any actual, pending, or unfiled claims, losses, delays, or damages.
The customer agrees to pay the initial agreed reservation fee in full once the carrier has been assigned to ONLY OFFICIAL payment accounts of Wenze LLC.
The customer waives any claims or defenses based in whole or in part on not having read, not knowing, or not understanding these terms.
The information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
